Sonic 8 Background

After finally getting Paint.NET to work on Windows 8, I decided to make this to replace my desktop, because hey, I like sonic, and the metro theme looks kinda cool. Also it took a bloody long time to replicate the Sonic 2 font, and try to make a good font. Same with sonic's head, I tried Sonic 1/2 first, but then I tried Sonic 3 and found it suited better. Overall, my hands hurt, and I'm tired...
And why did I try to re-draw sprites?

(P.S. The consumer version of Windows 8 lied to me...Windows 8 is good now)
